There are restaurants where you can sample the delights of Dalmatian cooking or sit and relax in one of the bars/cafes and have a quiet drink. For those that enjoy swimming or snorkelling there are numerous rocks by the shore that are very convenient for this. You can walk to nice flat stones or cliffs where you can enjoy your privacy. The main beach is near the center of the village and it is graveled.

The island of Solta is easily accessible by Ferry or by fast Catamaran from the mainland at Split with daily flights from all large European airports. There are 6 ferry lines + 2 catamaran lines per day during the summer; 4 ferry + 2 catamaran lines per day out of season.
