The planned term to obtain the building permit is the spring of 2009 - the construction work will start immediately after the building permit is obtained; and the planned term for the end of construction of the Resort is the end of 2010. All the above mentioned sizes of the real estates are subject to a slight alternations before the building permit is issued.
| MODE OF PAYMENT: |
- 5% for the reservation - before the building permit (agency keeps the money till the building permit is issued)
- 30% of the sales price - after the building permit and cleaning and preparing the ground
- 30% of the sales price - after finishing the shell and the roof
- 30% of the sales price - after finishing all internal installations, installing all doors and windows, turnkey
- 5% of the sales price - after finalizing the landscape and the final approval by the official authorities |
